President The president of the North Star Pickleball Association will serve as the face of our organization. It is an elected position that is voted on by the membership every two years. The president will lead the organization in fulfilling its mission and casting the vision to the public. In addition to general leadership, the president will oversee the organization's day to day operations such as, but not limited to, member services, finances, staffing, programming, sales, communications, and the creation of long term goals. |

Vice-President The vice-president of the North Star Pickleball Association will work with the other senior directors of the organization to plan, develop, and enforce policies and objectives for the organization to ensure that it maintains its values, objectives, and long-term goals. It is an elected position that is voted on by the membership every two years. The vice-president will lead the organization when the president is otherwise occupied and will oversee all operations as needed by the president and other directors. |

Treasurer The treasurer of the North Star Pickleball Association will will have general oversight over the organization's finances. It is an elected position that is voted on by the membership every two years. The treasurer will oversee present budgets, accounts, and financial statements. The treasurer will be responsible for financial record keeping, account consolidating, and managing incoming and outgoing funds. The treasurer will work with the president and other directors in budget planning, fundraising, and investing when applicable. |
