Waiver and Release Documentation

I voluntarily confirm this Waiver and Release in favor of Northstar Pickleball Association (“NSPA”) so that I may voluntarily, by my choice and at my own risk, participate in pickleball leagues and related activities organized and sponsored by NSPA. I acknowledge that this Waiver and Release will release NSPA, its members, officers and other participants, from any and all liability, claims and demands for payment or reimbursement.

I understand there are risks associated with the activities in which I will participate, including risks of bodily injury or property damage. I acknowledge that such risks may arise from foreseeable and unforeseen circumstances. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NSPA for any injury or damage relating to my body or my property.

I waive all claims for causes of action arising from participation in or attendance at any events or leagues sponsored by NSPA. I release all persons volunteering for NSPA from any liability arising or potential injury caused in connection with my participation in or attendance at any pickleball activities or events.
